When you book it on on booking it doesn’t say nothing about them fooling you into them charging you 100 USD for “guarantee”. The crew is really hard to speak with, their English is not so great and they don’t cooperate with each other as for example I used 80 usd of my “guarantee” for another night and let the guy in the morning know I’m going to check out at night. Just to find out in the evening I need to go through this google translate script all over again while hurrying for a night bus. The rooms are good though and so is breakfast. I don’t blame the staff, they really tried to be nice but the hotel policy with this guarantee which they let you know only on your check in leaving you no where to go. And that the staff don’t cooperate with Each other. The only thing I blame the staff for is being lazy and expecting you to solve their language barrier. As for the location it’s isn’t that good, not close to the beach or any center.

Great hotel, housekeeping is hard working and always keeping the rooms clean… I heard no noise at all, rooms are wonderful, spacious, modern, prices are good, service is great open 24 htism

The rooms are spacious, clean and really comfortable. The bed is super comfortable. The staff are nice, but a few of them speak Spanish only, so it was hard to communicate simple things related to checking into the hotel. The breakfast is too basic and lack healthy option for the price paid to to have it included in the booking. The location is very good.

I really enjoyed being here. The room was enormous, and the bed was comfortable. Great option that they provide private taxi service from/to the airport for a decent price. Room had view to Huaca Pucllana. The only negative thing was that they could not change the buffet brekfast to a box breakfast (our plane departed so early in the morning that we could not have buffet breakfast).

Skip this hotel for Miraflores. There are better ones at the same price point in better locations. Super noisy on the weekends. Felt like a party was down the hall until 1:30AM (it was on the 2nd floor restaurant, we were on the 6th floor). Early morning flight out felt a lot earlier. Breakfast food was ok.

Really good hotel with amazing breakfast, so many different foods!! Rooms are modern and clean. Wifi worked well. There is an Asian restaurant in the building. Location is ok, you can walk to restaurants but we couldnt find any ”restaurant street”’ near the hotel. Staff didnt really speak English 😕 Good shower also!

No more than a 3 stars hotel. My review is actually 1 because of many things. Not saying than necessary it has to be renovated, but at least keeping walls clean or get them repainted if necessary. They looked very bad in hallways. The gym has a good size, but only 3 equipment, no dumbbells, matts for the wood floor they have. No water. Swimming pool very small, in case you saw it big at the pictures. I was in a business trip, and it was really uncomfortable to listen the loud music until 2 am, from the restaurant and party at the second floor.
